Wasps
Wasps are most common in the warmer months of the year. The most common wasps in the UK are the German Wasp and the Common Wasp, both are capable of inflicting a painful sting.
A large amount of wasps around your home and garden can be an indication of a nest within your property. Mature nests can contain thousands of wasps so its important to get any nest treated as early as possible.
It is advised that you do not attempt to treat or remove the nest yourself especially if you are sensitive to stings.

Bees
Like wasps, bees are also most common in the warmer months in the UK. The most common types of Bee in the UK are the Bumble Bee and the Honey Bee.
Bees are rarely a problem and they play a vital role in the pollination of plants and crops.
Unfortunately bees nests can sometimes become a problem due to the nest location and where possible we will contact a local bee keeper and relocate the nest. We will only ever treat a bees nest with an insecticide as a last resort.
